Month/Day of - Coordination - Service Begins 4 week prior to the wedding date // starting at $2,000

This package includes:

  • 1 Pre-Event Zoom Meeting to discuss wedding day details

  • Assistance with your final venue meeting

  • Sending venue all needed documents, floorplan, insurance, etc.

  • Custom Timeline Creation

  • Day-Of Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, ties, etc)

Ivy Package

Month of - Coordination, Decorating, Set- Up, and Floor Plan Creation - Service Begins 6 weeks prior to the wedding date // starting at $3,000

  • Assist in building your timeline

  • Day- Of Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include the decor itself or florals)

  • Put linens on all tables

  • Build your own custom floor-plan to fit your needs

  • Tend to all bridal party needs 1 hour before ceremony (putting on boutonnieres, corsages, ties, etc)

  • Help pack up all personal items and wedding decor at the end of the evening

Emerald Package

Partial- Planning Package - service begins 6-8 months prior to you wedding date // starting at $5,000

  • 2 In-Depth Pre-Event Planning Meetings

  • Attendance at up to 2 vendor meetings as needed

  • Assistance with your final venue meeting

  • Custom timeline creation

  • 30 Minute Rehearsal at venue only

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include me providing the decor items themselves or building florals)

  • Put linens on all tables

Full Service Planning Package - service begins immediately upon booking // starting at $7,000

  • Unlimited Planning Meetings

  • Assistant Coordinator on wedding day for min of 10 hours

  • Attendance at up to 4 vendor meetings as needed

  • Full running of final venue meeting

  • Custom timeline creation

  • 30 Minute Rehearsal at any location

  • Coordinate with all vendors on arrival/drop off times

  • Send vendors all rules, and collect all insurance required

  • Make sure your wedding day adheres to your timeline

  • Coordinate until send-off time on wedding day

  • Assistance with decorating all your decor day - of (this does not include me providing the decor items themselves or building florals)

Al A Cart services

Custom Timeline Creation $250

This package includes one planning meeting (up to 2 hours) where we'll go over all of the important details of your wedding day. During our meeting, I'll gather everything I need to create a detailed, customized wedding day timeline designed to keep your day running smoothly from start to finish.

This service is perfect for couples who don't need full wedding day management—or who already have a day-of coordinator—but want the peace of mind of having a professional, well-organized timeline that keeps everyone on the same page. A great timeline helps vendors stay on schedule, minimizes stress, and sets your entire wedding day up for success.

We offer several al a cart services that can be booked without a full package above. These do not include any wedding day management or coordination services beyond what is listed.

Day - Of Wedding

Decoration / Set-Up - $500

This package includes up to 4 hours of on-site setup assistance on the morning of your wedding. I'll arrive before your guests to help transform your venue by setting out your pre-prepared décor and ensuring everything is placed according to your vision.

Setup services may include:

  • Tablecloths and table runners

  • Place settings, plates, flatware, glassware, and napkins

  • Centerpieces and pre-made floral arrangements

  • Ceremony décor and reserved seating signs

  • Welcome table, guest book, card box, and signage

  • Memorial table

  • Cake table, dessert table, and other display tables

  • Favor table and miscellaneous décor items

  • Candles (where permitted by the venue)

  • Other decorative elements that are fully assembled and ready to be placed

Please note: This package includes placement of floral items only. I am happy to place bouquets, bud vases, centerpieces, greenery, or other floral pieces that have already been designed and assembled by your florist. This service does not include floral design or assembly, such as creating centerpieces, arranging loose stems, wiring flowers, or constructing floral installations.

This package is ideal for couples who have everything prepared and simply need a helping hand to bring it all together on the morning of their wedding.

Rehearsal Assistance

starting at $150

If you don't have a wedding coordinator but would like professional guidance for your ceremony rehearsal, this package is the perfect addition. I'll help lead your rehearsal and walk everyone through the ceremony process so your wedding party knows exactly where to stand, when to walk, and what to expect on the big day.

This package includes up to 1 hour of rehearsal assistance and guidance to ensure your ceremony runs as smoothly and confidently as possible.

Please note: This package is available only as an add-on to the Timeline Planning Package. Since I create your ceremony timeline and collect all of the important details beforehand, I'll have the information needed to properly direct your rehearsal and answer any ceremony-related questions.
